About US
Prussian Motors is owned & operated by Merritt Hansen and Bobby Weaver and boardstaff Thacher Torrance and Jared Strugala. We are BMW and European sports car enthusiasts. We were tired of dealing with the nonsense that passes for service at most salvage yards so we started our own. We aim to provide our customers with friendly customer service and accurate parts and fitment information. When possible, we always provide OEM part numbers and paint codes to ensure compatibility for your vehicle.

About Bobby:
Bobby's interest in cars started out with a love for 1970's and 80's Ford Bronco trucks for off-roading. In addition to mudding, he's also always had a fascination for the adrenaline rush of tail-happy, overpowered sports cars. His dream is to one day own a Shelby Cobra replica. Bobby was all about the Fords; until he drove Merritt's BMW 318ti with an M3 drivetrain swap. After taking her road legal go-kart for a spin he developed a sudden appreciation for smaller displacement, high-horsepower machines that embody European engineering. Later that year he purchased his own turbocharged 332ti. The rest is bank account-draining history.
About Merritt:
Merritt's love affair with fine European vehicles began in her childhood. Her dad owned several European sports cars over the years. These included one of the first Porsche 930 / 911 turbos in the US as well as leasing an Avus Blue E36 M3. A few exhilarating rides in those cars set the stage for her obsession as an adult. That coupled with her propensity for taking things apart led to the creation of Prussian Motors.
About Thacher:
Thacher makes it go. Previously, Thacher worked at Bavarian Specialties for 3 years until moving on to work here. He graduated from ATC. Thacher is the man to go to with any questions about anything engine wise, and is the ultimate handyman.
About Jared:
Jared started out not really having any fasination for cars in general. His first car was his sister's 1995 Acura Integra, but that still wasn't enough to enthuse him. But that all changed once he met a 318ti that his stepdad owned. From there he searched for many months to find the perfect bimmer for him, fell in love, and has never gone back. From there the BMW obsession began.
