The lower flange is cut off and not included. Otherwise, the manifold is in very good condition. There is not major rusting damage or holes. All of the mounting points are intact. The oxygen sensor is included, but its function is not guaranteed. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
