This differential was taken from a 2002 525i Sedan with ~165k miles. This is for cars with an automatic transmission ONLY (BMW Option Code S205A). The gear ratio is 3.46, and this is an open differential. Motion is smooth and quiet, with no irregular play or binding. The housing has moderate rust and flaking paint, but it is structurally solid. All mounting points are intact, and the flanges are undamaged. The rear cover is not included. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
