This exhaust camshaft sprocket is for the Right Bank 2 side (cylinders 4-6). This came from a running and driving 2003 911 Turbo with ~31k miles. The bolt is included as shown. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original Porsche part 996 105 178 91.
