This leather headliner panel mounts to the body above the windshield (not on the convertible top). It’s the section where the sun visors attach. Upholstered in Black Leather, with some normal aging but no rips, peeling, or permanent stains. The backing is undamaged with no cracks, and all mounting points are intact. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
