The upholstery on this rear seat backrest is Perforated Black Napa Leather (BMW upholstery code NASW). The perforated leather is for cars with Climate-Controlled Front seats (BMW option code S453A). The leather is very soft and supple feeling. There are no permanent stains, discoloration or significant wear. The armrest is undamaged, and the cup holders open and close smoothly and normally. The foam pad has no compression or rips, and the frame is undamaged. All the mounting points are intact. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
