The upholstery on this is Ivory White "Elfenbeinweiss" Nappa Leather with Exclusive Seam (BMW Upholstery Code: LZET). The finish on the upholstery is in rough shape. There is a large area of worn off finish on the left front section. There are also strips of ripped off finish along both pieces. Otherwise, the frame and locking functions are intact. There are no holes or rips. All factory mounting points are intact. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
