ITEM: cylinder head w cam
DESCRIPTION:
This cylinder head was removed from a 1973 3.0S Bavaria with ~24k miles on the odometer. The camshaft and valves are included as shown. The valve faces are clean with no impact damage. The cooling passages contain heavy buildup, so the head should be disassembled and cleaned before use. Most of the exhaust manifold studs are missing and will need to be replaced. The visible camshaft bearing surfaces are healthy with no scoring or serious wear. The rocker arms are present and show no obvious damage. The housing has no noticeable rubbing or cracks, and all mounting points are intact. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
