This kick panel is Slate. There are a few light stains on the surface that look like duct tape adhesive that has hardened. There are a few light scuffs in the finish, but no cracks or breaks. All the mounting points are intact. The acoustically transparent fabric is detached from the panel, but it is included. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part. This part is No Longer Available New from BMW.
