DESCRIPTION:
This cylinder swap was originally from a 1995 325is. It was swapped over to a 1999 M3 S52, where it did work and the engine ran. I'm not sure how many miles are on this head. The camshafts are not included. The valves are included, as shown. The valve faces have some minor carbon staining, but no serious buildup or permanent damage. The block/head mating surface has been checked, and it has no measurable warp or visible cracks. The cooling passages are clean and smooth. The housing exterior has no rubbing or cracks, and all the mounting points are intact. Many of the exhaust manifold studs are missing and must be replaced. The cast part number is 1738400. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
