The upholstery on these rear trim panels is Montana Black Leather (BMW Upholstery Code: K5SW), and are in great condition. There is no noticeable damage to the panels. The leather is still soft and smooth to the touch. All of the mounting points are included but need to be re-connected with adhesive. None of the included plastic mounting pins are guaranteed. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
