ITEM: hood panel, calypso red
CONDITION:
The paint on this hood panel is Calypso Red Metallic (BMW Paint Code: 252), but the hood panel has been repainted so the finish may not match OEM paint perfectly. The most noticeable damage is a few areas on the hood where it appears tree sap had been sitting on the paint and started to burn through the paint. There are many rock chips round the front of the hood. There is one larger chip in the paint on the front left side of the hood, above the headlight. There are a few very minor dents, a few on the front left side of the hood and one on the rear left side of the hood. These dents are very minor and only visible in certain lighting. There are many swirl scratches on the hood from rough cleaning brushes. Otherwise, the hood is in good structural condition. The kidney grills are in good condition and included as shown. The under hood insulation blanket is in useable condition. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
