DESCRIPTION:
This engine block was taken from a 1998 Z3 1.9 Roadster with ~156k miles. The crankshaft and pistons are not included. The cylinder linings all show original honing marks. There are a few very light scuffs visible on a few of the walls, but there are no deep score marks or scrapes. The cooling passages are clean and smooth. The housing exterior has some surface rusting, but nothing unusual for an iron block. The mounting points and threads are all intact. The main bearing caps are included and healthy. Details can be viewed in the photos. This is a used original BMW part. Guaranteed good working condition.
