DESCRIPTION:
This engine was taken from a 1999 M3 Convertible with ~118k miles on the odometer. The engine could not be run because of damage to the engine wiring harness. The engine includes only what is shown in the photos. For example, the belt-drive accessories, ignition coils, and oil filter housing are not included. Cylinder compression and leak-down tests were performed on each cylinder, yielding the following results: Cylinder 1: 220psi/4% leakage, Cyl. 2: 220psi/3%, Cyl. 3: 200psi/3%, Cyl. 4: 205psi/3%, Cyl. 5: 220psi/4%, Cyl. 6: 220psi/5%. These readings are very good. The engine housing has no rubbing or cracks, and all the mounting points are intact. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
