This headliner is Sand Beige, and it is in fair condition. The most noticeable damage would be sagging in the fabric along where the sun visors would be located, along the side pull handle locations, and towards the rear speaker covers. There is some light staining throughout the headliner, mostly in the middle and rear section. The hard backing is in good condition. None of the map lights, pull handles, or rear speaker drivers are included. The rear speaker covers ARE included as shown. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
