The upholstery on this cover is Genuine Black Leather. The most noticeable damage is some scratches around the key hole. There are a few light scratches in the finish elsewhere, but the color is even and nice looking. The panel has no cracks, and all the mounting points are intact. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
