DESCRIPTION:
This engine was taken from a running, driving 2002 M5 with ~193k miles on the odometer. The engine started right up and ran well during testing. Cylinder compression and leak-down tests were performed on each cylinder, yielding the following results: Cylinder #1: 250psi/0% leakage, Cyl. #2: 250psi/0%, Cyl. #3: 250psi/1%, Cyl. #4: 255psi/1%, Cyl. #5: 255psi/1%, Cyl. #6: 250psi/0%, Cyl. #7: 245psi/7%, Cyl. #8: 250psi/1%. These tests were performed on the engine while it was cold. The engine includes only what is shown in the photos. For example, the Vanos units, belt-drive accessories, ignition coils, and intake manifold are not included. The oil pan and valve covers are included and undamaged. The engine housing has no rubbing or cracks, and all the mounting points are intact. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
