DESCRIPTION:
This transmission was taken from a flood-damaged 2000 M5 with ~180k miles. The gearbox was drained and no water came out, only gearbox oil. This is a good sign that there was no water ingress. The input shaft has some moderate rusting, and it was very difficult to remove from the engine. The transmission moves smoothly and quietly, by hand. The housing has some oxidation, but no rubbing or cracks. All the mounting points are intact. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
