This VANOS unit was taken from a 2000 M5 with ~180k miles. This VANOS unit is mounted on the right side of the engine, bank 1, cylinders 1-4. The assembly includes the adjustment unit and cover only. DOES NOT include the internal solenoid pack or the timing gears. The cover is for cars only produced through 10/1999, so be prepared to carry your solenoid cover over if you're installing this unit on a later car. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
