DESCRIPTION:
This engine was taken from a running, driving 2003 Z4 3.0i with ~64k miles. The engine includes only what is shown in the photos. For example, the manifolds, belt-drive accessories, and ignition coils are not included. Cylinder compression and leak-down tests were performed on each cylinder, yielding the following results: Cylinder #1: 155psi/5% leakage, Cyl. #2: 155psi/1%, Cyl. #3: 155psi/1%, Cyl. #4: 155psi/2%, Cyl. #5: 155psi/1%, Cyl. #6: 160psi/1%. The higher leakage from Cylinder #1 was thru the exhaust valves. The engine started right up and ran smoothly during testing. The housing exterior has no rubbing or cracks, and all the mounting points are intact. The oil pan and valve cover are included. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
