The headliner is in very good condition. There are a few very light stains, but nothing very noticeable or permanent. The headliner has no sagging or disconnection, and no rips or holes. The backing is stiff and straight. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
