The upholstery on this 2nd row seat bottom is Cinnamon Brown Nevada Leather (BMW upholstery code: LUEZ). The finish is very even and nice looking. There are no serious scrapes, rips, or holes in the leather. There are no serious stains. There are a few light stains that did not come off with a quick cleaning, but these are not permanent or very noticeable. The foam pad has no serious compression or rips. There are a few stains on the underside, but no serious damage. The frame has no irregular bends. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
