The upholstery on this armrest is Grey Nevada Leather (BMW upholstery code LUAD). There is some wear in one area on both sides of the armrest. The wear has caused a slight discoloration and texture change, but there are no rips or holes, and no permanent stains. All the stitching is intact. The housing is undamaged, and all the mounting points are intact. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
