This headliner is Anthracite (Dark Grey / Black). This is for cars equipped with Panoramic Glass Roof (BMW Option Code S402A). This headliner is in good condition. There may be a few small scratches in the fabric towards the back / rear of the headliner. There may be light stains on the back of the headliner from the water damage, but the backing is still hard and intact. Otherwise, there are no rips, tears, or holes in the fabric. The backing is hard and intact with no creases or cracks. There is no disconnection of the fabric from the backing. The wiring harness is included as shown. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
