ITEM: seat bottom rear, heat, beige leather
DESCRIPTION:
The upholstery on this 2nd row seat bottom is Nevada Beige Leather (BMW Upholstery Code: LUB4), and is in good condition. The seat has heating (S496A), which is tested and working. The color is even throughout. There are a few wrinkles from general use on the right side of the seat. There are a few black stains on the left side of the seat that did not come out with a quick cleaning. Otherwise, there are a few wrinkles on the back of the seat bottom where the backrest would meet. These will not be visible once installed. Otherwise, there are no holes, rips, or tears in the leather and is still soft and smooth to the touch. The foam pad has no serious compression or rips. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
