These headliner panels are Sky Grey. There are a few very light stains in the upholstery. The stains may come out with a thorough cleaning. There are no pulls, rips, or holes in the fabric, and the color is very even and nice looking. The backings are stiff and straight. All the mounting points are intact. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. These are used original BMW parts.
