The upholstery on this rear fold-down seat backrest is Fox Red Novillo Leather (BMW Option Code NCH2). It is for cars with Through-Loading (BMW Option Code: S465A). The seat is in good condition. The only noticeable damage is some indents and imprints in the leather on the removable center section. The 2 side sections don't have any damage or wear. The leather is still very soft and smooth. The headrest are included as shown. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
