These trim panels are Black. The included speaker grilles are for cars with Lighting Package (BMW option code: S563A). The grilles each have a few small scratches. The foam on the back sides of the speaker grilles is flaking and missing in some places. The plastic panels have no deep scrapes, permanent stains, or cracks. All the mounting points are intact. Guaranteed good working condition. These are used original BMW parts.
