For cars with Automatic Trunk Lid Mechanism (BMW Option Code: S316A). The metal bracket changes between left and right mounting, but the strut itself can be used on either the left or right side. You can switch your bracket over if the one you receive is for the opposite side. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
