This headliner is Anthracite / Black. It is for cars equipped with Panoramic Glass Roof (BMW Option Code S402A). The fabric has a few minor stains / light marks which may come out with a thorough cleaning. There is also a ~2" indent in the center just behind the sunroof. There are no rips, abrasions or sagging in the fabric. The backing is stiff and free of wrinkles. The rear reading lights are included but the function of the light bulbs are not guaranteed. The map light, grab handles, sensors, and sliding inserts are NOT included. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
