These headliner panels are Anthracite Black (BMW Option Code S775A). It is for cars with Panoramic Sunroof (BMW Option Code: S402A). The larger front panel has a few light streaky dark marks throughout and the rear panel has a couple minor abrasions. I have not tried cleaning the headliner so the marks on the front section may come out. Otherwise, there are no holes or disconnections. All factory mounting points are intact. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
