The upholstery on these headrests is Black Dakota Leather w/ Oyster Accent Stitching (BMW Upholstery Code LCL8). The headrests are in very good condition. These are the versions that fold down. There are no major signs of wear or damage. The folding functions works normally and they lock into position securely. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
