DESCRIPTION:
This engine block was removed from a 2017 BMW 440iX Gran Coupe with ~91k miles. Fits early B58-powered models built up to 12/2016 (F22 M240iX, F30 340iX, F32 440iX, etc.). The pistons and crankshaft are not included. Cylinder walls have visible original honing with light vertical scuffs that do not catch a fingernail. Minor discoloration from moisture is present, but it should clean up well. This block came from a car with an engine fire so there is soot and melted plastic staining on the exterior, mostly near the front, but no heat damage to the metal. Cooling passages are clean, and the housing has no cracks or wear. All mounting points are intact. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
