DESCRIPTION:
This B58 engine cylinder block housing was taken from a 2016 340iX Sedan with ~81k miles. The pistons and crankshaft are not included. The cylinder walls show original crosshatch honing throughout with no scuffing, deep scoring, or irregular wear. The cooling passages are clean and smooth. An engine bay fire left smoke staining and some melted plastic residue on exterior surfaces, primarily on the exhaust side. There are no cracks, rubbing issues, or broken mounting points. Machine shop inspection and new seals are recommended prior to installation. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
