DESCRIPTION:
This crankshaft was taken from a fire-damaged 2017 540iX. Some fire fighter or rain water made it into the crankcase, so there are some light rust spots on about half of the bearing surfaces that will need to be cleaned up. There is no serious rusting or pitting, so the surfaces should clean up well. The #1 connecting rod surface has one small score mark that is just deep enough to be felt by a passing fingernail. There are no other score marks or serious wear issues. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
