DESCRIPTION:
This transfer case was taken from a 2017 540iX with unknown mileage. The donor car has a an engine fire. There is some smoke staining on the housing surface, and the vent tube is melted and must be replaced. The part number for the replacement vent hose is: 2710-8656304. The motion of the case is smooth and normal. The housing has no rubbing or cracks, and all the mounting points are intact. The electric proportioning motor is not included. The condition of the mounting bushing is not guaranteed. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
