This headliner is for a 2017 model year BMW F23 2-Series Convertible ONLY. The upholstery is black and it is in good condition. The most noticeable damage is a few faint stains in the center of the headliner, each about 1 inch in diameter. Otherwise, all the mounting points are intact. Details can be viewed in photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
