This headrest is Black Merino Leather (BMW Upholstery LKSW). There are some minor nicks and stains around the center, but these are not very noticeable. Otherwise, the leather is soft and there are no holes or rips. All factory mounting points are intact. The plastic frame is NOT included. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
