ITEM: piston/rod set of 6, 250k
DESCRIPTION:
This set of pistons and connecting rods was taken from a running 1983 533i with ~250k miles. The piston faces have some staining, but there is no serious buildup, and I see no permanent damage. The piston rings are included, but they should be replaced before installing the pistons. Almost all of the piston skirts have some scuffing. The scuffing is widespread, but there are no deep score marks. The worst of the damage feels a little bit rough under my passing fingernail. There are no cracks. The connecting rods are healthy and usable. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. These are used original BMW parts.
