This knee bolster trim panel is Black Vinyl. This is NOT for cars with Electric Steering Column Adjustment. The finish and color are smooth and even. The insert material is disconnected slightly at the right top and bottom corners. The damage is minor. The panel is in good structural condition, and all the mounting points are intact. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
