LOCAL PICK UP ONLY. This headliner has been reupholstered in black cloth. The headliner was well done. There is one small crease on the left rear edge. There are some very light stains towards the rear, which are barely visible by eye. The back side of the headliner has some sound deadening applied to it. Otherwise, there are no holes or rips. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition.
