This differential was taken from a running, driving 1997 328i Coupe with ~265k miles and a Manual Transmission. The drive ratio is 2.93, and this is an open-drive differential. The motion is smooth and quiet, with no irregular play or binding. The housing has some rusting and flaking, but no deep pitting. All the mounting points are intact. The flanges are undamaged. The rear cover is not included. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
