ITEM: engine block, 60k
DESCRIPTION:
This engine block was taken from a 1998 Z3 2.8 Roadster with ~60k miles. The pistons and crankshaft are not included. The #6 cylinder lining has some moderate score marks caused by junk that made it into the cylinder somehow. The score marks are deep enough to be felt by a passing fingernail. Otherwise, the cylinder linings are all very smooth, and all show original honing marks, throughout. The cooling passages are clean and smooth. The housing exterior has no rubbing or cracks, and all the mounting points are intact. The main bearing caps are included, as shown. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
