This differential was taken from a 2000 Z3 M Roadster with ~265k miles and a Manual Transmission. The drive ratio is 3.23, and this is a Torsen-style limited-slip differential. The motion of the diff is smooth and quiet, and the locking function is tested and working. The housing has no serious rusting, and all the mounting points are intact. The flanges are undamaged. The rear cover is not included. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
