CONDITION:
The upholstery on this seat bottom is Grey Montana Leather (BMW Upholstery Code N6TT). The seat is equipped with Heating (BMW option Code S494A), which has been tested and is working. This seat has an Occupancy Sensor and therefore can be used on either the drivers or passengers seat. The seat is in good condition. There is some minor wear around the front right corner, on the left front center section, and on the right side bolster. None of this wear is very noticeable. The finish is mostly smooth and even. There are no rips, holes, or major scratches. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
