ITEM: steering gearbox
DESCRIPTION:
This steering gear box was removed from a 1973 3.0S. The steering felt fair during testing on the car. The power assist was not tested. The input shaft splines are clean and undamaged. The housing has some minor surface rusting, but I see no deep pitting or serious damage. All of the mounting points are intact. The pitman arm is not included. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
