DESCRIPTION:
This engine block was taken from a 1992 325i Convertible with ~45k miles. The pistons and crankshaft are not included. All cylinder linings are smooth and still show original crosshatch honing marks throughout. The number 3 cylinder wall has some very light rust damage that can be felt as slight roughness under a passing fingernail and will need to be cleaned up, but otherwise there is no serious rusting, scuffing, or scoring. The cooling passages are clean and smooth with no heavy scaling. The housing exterior has no serious rusting or paint issues, and all mounting points are intact. The main bearing caps are included, as shown. This listing is for the bare engine block with main caps only. No pistons, crankshaft, bearings, or additional hardware are included. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
