These rear bulkhead grille trim panels are beige and are for convertibles with roll bars. The color has light fading from sun exposure and age, but the panels are not brittle and there are no cracks. All mounting points are intact. The black fabric on the underside is peeling slightly. Only the grille panels are included. No clips or hardware are included unless shown in the photos. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. These are used original BMW parts.
