DESCRIPTION:
This rear differential was removed from a 1998 BMW 328i convertible with ~197k miles. This is for cars with an Automatic Transmission (BMW Option Code S205A). The final drive ratio is 3.91 and this is an open differential. Rotation is smooth and quiet with no irregular play or runout. The housing has very minor surface rust with no pitting or widespread corrosion. All mounting points are intact and the input and output flanges are in good condition. The rear cover is not included. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
