This headliner is Black (Anthracite / Dark Grey). The upholstery is becoming disconnected in a few places, primarily at the right rear corner, and in the tight cups for the grab handles and sun visors. The upholstery has no serious stains. There are no irregular bends in the backing. Details can be viewed in the photos. This is a used original BMW part. Guaranteed good working condition.
